Nature Based Therapy

Nature Based Therapy

Nature therapy, or eco therapy, helps us to connect to our inner selves, the earth, and with others through "rooting" us to the natural environment around us. It supports personal growth, healing, and overall well-being, which is important to our mental health. Here are a few articles to help you explore how nature is being used in therapy.
