This page is dedicated to sharing resources and activities with art therapists, expressive arts therapists, counselors, counselor educators, other mental health professionals, and of course my students. So, basically anyone who's profession focuses on helping others gain a greater sense of well-being.

As an art therapist who has been practicing for over 20 years, I have experienced a lot of different techniques and used a variety of activities to elicit therapeutic change. I'm sharing my favorite activities here on these pages. I chose them because they are fun AND they elicit a certain therapeutic outcome.

Please use what you'd like in your practice - full permission granted. I just ask that you reference this page.
