Welcome to my professional website!

With over 20 years of experience as an art therapist, mental health counselor, school counselor, and clinical supervisor, I have dedicated my career to fostering positive change and innovation in mental health and education. My accomplishments include developing youth-centered school programming, designing tailored expressive arts therapy groups, training school staff on student mental health needs, and mentoring emerging counseling professionals. Through my private practice, I work with children and young adults of diverse abilities.

Alongside my academic and clinical work, I’m also a lifelong creator. I'm currently developing a workbook that brings expressive arts and emotional wellness together in a more guided way.

The workbook is a gentle, creative companion for exploring emotions, building resilience, and reconnecting with yourself through expressive arts. This multimodal workbook invites you to engage with
art, movement, sound, writing, and imagination - allowing us to access parts of ourselves that words alone cannot always reach. Whether you are healing, growing, connecting, or simply curious, you hold within you the wisdom and creativity needed to thrive — no artistic experience required!
