[email protected]
Welcome to my professional website. I serve as an Associate Faculty Member and the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Adler Graduate School in Minnetonka, MN. In this role, I oversee the development and implementation of academic policies, coordinate institutional and programmatic assessments, and lead the institution's accreditation processes. Additionally, I provide strategic support to academic programs and oversee program-specific accreditation initiatives.

With over 20 years of experience as an art therapist, mental health counselor, school counselor, and clinical supervisor, I have dedicated my career to fostering positive change and innovation in mental health and education. My accomplishments include developing youth-centered school programming, designing tailored expressive arts therapy groups, training school staff on student mental health needs, and mentoring emerging counseling professionals. Through my private practice, I work with children and young adults of diverse abilities.
